How we work

From project information to installation-oriented prefab.

Good prefabrication starts with clear technical information and ends with a recognisable delivery. In between, we align dimensions, materials, assembly and the desired degree of preparation with the project.

1. Project information

We collect drawings, specifications, dwelling types, quantities and relevant material choices. The clearer the starting point, the more precisely the prefab preparation can be organised.

2. Technical development

Dimensions, components, connection points and the desired degree of prefabrication are aligned with the chosen construction and installation method.

3. Production & inspection

Components are prepared and assembled in the workshop. Where the project requires it, dimensions, connections or operation are checked before the delivery is released.

4. Bundling & delivery

Sets and units are clearly bundled, coded and delivered according to the project agreements and desired installation sequence.

Custom work as the starting point

Prefab follows the project, not the other way around.

The best prefab solution is not necessarily the most extensive one. We look at which components repeat, where dimensional accuracy matters and which on-site activities can be prepared more intelligently. This keeps the degree of prefabrication aligned with execution.

  • Suitable for different dwelling types and variants within one project.
  • Align material and system choices with the project specification.
  • Relevant for both smaller and larger repetitive series.
  • Project-focused preparation from our own workshop in Woudenberg.

From project information to installation-ready

What level of preparation fits your project?

Send us the initial project information. We assess where repetition, dimensions, assembly or logistics make it worthwhile to move work into the workshop.
