From drawing to recognisable prefab set.
Based on the project information, pipe sections are prepared to size and assembled where required. In the workshop, pipes can be cut accurately to length and then bundled logically by dwelling type, building section or application.
Material choice according to project specification
Depending on the design, PVC, PE and PP can be used. Numbering and colour coding can make sets recognisable, so it is immediately clearer on site which part belongs to which position or dwelling.
- Dimensions based on drawing, dwelling type and project specification.
- Pipe sections and prefab sets assembled and bundled logically.
- Numbering and colour coding for recognition on site.
- Preparation aligned with repetitive installation and project logistics.
Prepared with the on-site installer in mind
Prefab ultimately has to be practical. We therefore look not only at workshop production, but also at recognition, sequence and how a set will be handled on the construction site.
